Move longer text output to drop down box in episode 4 #394

@ehogan - There is currently a long text box of output in the episode "Running your first recipe" . It is put there with an include directive. @LisaBock and I tried to put it in a dropdown box to save space but could not get the formatting to work. For now, we have left it as such because it is serving its purpose. If you have any ideas of how to format this better, please can you give it a go? If not, we will leave it at that.
