Dissectors list empty in 2.1.0.1 and above

Running v3.0.0.1 on Windows 10, clicking the Dissectors option in the menu bar does not spawn a list of dissectors. I also tried installing v2.1.0.1 and the same behavior occurred.
3.0.0.1 & 2.1.0.1

installing 2.0.0.6 returned the dissectors list entries.
