Crash issues

Hi, I’ve used the most recent release on win7 and win10 with Eos 2.8.2 and 2.8.3. My issue is that Luminosus crashes when either left alone for more than 30 mins without input, or if multiple subs are set as effect submasters and used back and forth. I can recreate this issue. I’ve had this happen in several live event settings. Is there a process I can use to increase stability?
