Issues with helpers: Analysis

The analysis helper (python/petsird/helpers) does not take into account single, triple and quadruple events.
It returns the following error when we try to analyze a file that was splitted and where all events were considered:

I presume no problems are present? Most of the analysis script demonstrates prompts. We could disable all of that if there aren't any.

Your file should then have prompt_events_are_stored==false though.
