1. resqui -h: provides additional options to those listed in README
2. Mention the default config file is QualityPipelines/example.json?
3. Command line tool: Grey box first line - there is no example repo in "resqui -c ... -t ..."
4. Output file: I assume that refers to 'resqui_summary.json', maybe worthwhile adding its name?
5. Indicator plugins: Maybe some more info for the users: Can they decide which executor to activate? And if so, how? And if not: How is this decided. Or is this info only useful for developers?
