ICTV ontology version metadata set to latest MSL number #43
Description
For resolution purposes, the latest MSL number (currently 40) must be exposed as version metadata in the ICTV ontology. This allows clients (e.g., our resolver notebook) to discover the current release programmatically instead of hard-coding a value.
