Description of the state transitions for session_event

Hello everyone,
I think everyone would benefit if the transitions between the session events could be made clearer. Currently there's a description for states in

https://everest.github.io/nightly/reference/api/evse_manager_consumer_API/index.html#operation-receive-receive_session_event

But I don't see any description of the possible transitions. This would be awesome for HMI developers who read this variable to synchronize their state with the EVerest state. What do you think?

Hi @d-u-d-e , this sounds like a good addition! #1790 is refactoring/simplifying the Charger state machine and respective events, so any visualization/explaination should be based on the upcoming changes. I will move this issue to ready, so that it can be picked up.
