Install failure

I am trying to install version 2025.3.22.0 and it fails with the following error:

Cannot create a stable subkey under a volatile parent key

Tried the installer and the separate vsix, both with the same result.

The log file does not show me the Registry key that is at fault.

Sorry, I don't know why that might be happening. It's likely an issue on the PC in question. If you've got a version installed, you might try uninstalling it first.
