Open API Importer

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be cool to support collection imports from an OpenAPI file.

Describe the solution you'd like

• In addition to the Postman Importer, we support selecting an OpenAPI file as input
• There is also an ImportService that can/should be used as a template. Here: src/main/import/service/import-service.ts
