Server image built without libcurl so it cannot download models

Using
--mu
in the server docker image gives:

common_load_model_from_url: llama.cpp built without libcurl, downloading from an url not supported.

Can you build it with this library please?

I tried to add libcurl support long ago, when I'm still actively playing with llama.cpp. The bottleneck is that I couldn't get libcurl to link statically, as package sources (as of that time) don't provide static libs for libcurl's (many) dependencies, and CMake doesn't provide directives for statically linking all the libs (unlike OpenSSL). I will look into this when I have time; help is always welcomed.
