I'm a master owner but my mobile app is showing as executive info only

Hi team,

I'm a master owner but my mobile app is showing as executive info only

when I installed the app ( Android) using my gmail account.

saidu.diddi@gmail.com which a linked to master owner

however when i installed mobile app in my android mobile ( one-plus pro)
app did not recognize as master owner instead it is showing a Executive.
