As an author of OSCAL tools and libraries, I want to know the criteria for including my tool/lib on the tools list, so that I can understand if my tool/lib qualifies for inclusion.
Acceptance Criteria
- Tool/Library inclusion criteria exists.
- A link to the inclusion criteria is included on the Tools page.
- Authors are presented with the inclusion criteria when submitting a tool.
Proposed Solution
- Draft a list of inclusion criteria
- Route for reviews and approvals, such as to the product owner, the system owner, and as a courtesy review to NIST.
- Create a page with the inclusion criteria
- When the submission mechanism is defined (#168), ensure the inclusion criteria is included.
