Description

As the recipient of submissions to the OSCAL Tools list, I want to offer the user a form for tool submission that ensures the correct information is received, routes the submission for internal approval, and publishes the tool to the list once approved.

Acceptance Criteria

• A mechanism exists, which is reachable from the public Internet
• The mechanism displays the inclusion criteria from Tools List: Inclusion Criteria #22
• The list of required and optional fields is fully defined.
• The mechanism is a form with appropriate fields marked as required or optional
• The mechanism enforces approvals
• Tools are automatically published following appropriate approvals

Proposed Solution

@pkothare suggested the use of a Microsoft mechanism.
