edit log pattern in access.log

Good day all.
I am wondering on how i can change the log pattern in access.log located in:
"/opt/easyengine/services/nginx-proxy/logs/access.log"

Right now, you'll see "GET/POST /wp-cron.php.........etc"

But i need it to log the full domain with it.
So its saying "GET/POST https://example.com/wp-cron.php.........etc"

Any idea?
I am using lnav to visualize the log file.
