Pause invitations command

Develop a command that allows pausing guild invitations for X time (or indefinitely), being able to pause indefinitely only certain IDs (role or member).

This can be done by editing the guild features, as described in https://discord.js.org/#/docs/discord.js/main/typedef/GuildEditOptions and https://discord-api-types.dev/api/discord-api-types-v10/enum/GuildFeature.

This should generate, at the very least, a warning to the guild owner.
