Description
Migrate the current warning system to a moderation history system, which allows both the history of warnings and the history of applied sanctions to be consulted.
In the warns, it must be possible to see the context, that is, in the case of deleted messages, for example, said message can be consulted (either by referencing the audit message, or by storing the deleted message itself in the warning).
