Clean up the top level file structures

I think it could be useful to clean up the top level folder a bit, making some sub directories and move files into them.

I have attempted some cleanup in my fork, you can have a look at what you think, and I could prepare a PR for you if you want.

As you may have noticed, I'm not one to care much about how things look as long as they work :-)

Having said that, it would not hurt to clean up a bit.
I'm not all that familiar with github/collaboration etc but I welcome the suggestion. But looking at your changes, they move files around but do not change the source to call them at the new locations, correct?

btw the osmconvert_christiaan is somewhat sacred to me. Thats why I have it in there two times as a " backup" . It is a 64 bit version of osmconvert I got from, well Christiaan, of OpenAndroMaps.
