Claiming namespace vFunction

I am the co-founder and head of engineering for vFunction as is evident in https://vfunction.com/about/.
I would like to publish under the vFunction publisher name.
As such, please grant me ownership of this publisher namespace.

@ori-saporta83 I can see your extension published to Open VSX and the VS Code Marketplace, but the repos are not specified. I need you to document the connection between this GitHub ID and those extensions. You can:

• make the repos public
• give me temporary access so I can verify
• give me temporary reader access to your extension on the VS Code Marketplace
• if you own the domain name, you can add a TXT record, e.g. with a URL to this issue.

I've added a text record to the dns for domain openvsx.vfunction.com with the url to this issue as suggested.
If I do not hear back in a couple of days I'll reopen this in a new issue.
