The open-vsx published ms-mssql.mssql extension is very old #855
Description
The open-vsx version of the ms-mssql.mssql extension is very stale at 1.9.0 and was last updated in 2020. This version no longer loads in the latest versions of Code OSS and related forks.
The latest version available is 1.30.0 and it does seem to work when manually installed from the .vsix.
Could we please update this extension to the latest?
