default calendar id on android #59
Description
without a calendar-setting the event does not get shown on android calendar. reading a bit I found that the default calendar id on android is 3. (first returned calendar of listCalendars has id = 3)
so it would be nice to change that in the code, because if someone don't pass the calendar-setting to the createEvent-method nothing seems to change
