Attempt to continue failed downloads automatically

Hello, thanks for this amazing UI!

I've been trying to download models from inside the app, but models sourced from GitHub keep failing midway for me, even with the alternative model downloader. I even tried from the browser, and yet they always exactly fail when they reach 800 MB.

I was able to download rest of the data by manually going to the models folder and running wget -c download_link_here multiple times until it all finally downloaded. Would it be possible for the UI to do this automatically if the download fails midway?

The model I tried to download was INSTV8N.

Hmm, you're the third person to report this issue so far, and all of them are from Asia (China and India), so I think something is happening with downloads from GitHub when the file is too large. I'll look into what's going on.

There is currently an alternative way to download the models within the “Settings” tab as you said using curl or wget, but they don't have the “-c” parameter to continue the download in case of failures. I'll add it in the update I'm preparing. So for now, could you continue that way if the model download fails? Have you also tried downloading from other sources? Like Hugging Face?

I've downloaded gigabytes of data from Hugging Face before without any problems, it's usually GitHub giving me these kind of issues, I get low download speeds from GitHub too in general.

And yeah it's no problem, I can continue downloading like this, I just wanted to make an issue so other users don't get confused if they run into a problem like mine.
