need for flysky ST-16 the bin file instead the uf2 file

Dear all, my update crashed today with the Flysky ST-16. the Controller does not restart after bootloader was written(TR3+TR4+Powerbutton). I tried to flash with buddy, but get memory error becouse the uf2 file is too big.
In this case I need the bin file correct???
Flashing with STM32cubeporgrammer would be the same.




I hope everywhere can help me!
For the future it can be helpfully when the bin files for flysky are also avalaible.
I hope that my solution is correct?????????

Buddy is currently not able to flash the radios with H7 processor.
You can use companion from 2.12 or a nightly to flash the radio via DFU

Thanks for fast Response. Can you give the Link for the nigthly Version. It's recommend to Install the v2.12 Firmware depend from h7 processor?

Companion 2.12 should be perfectly safe to use. Normally at this time I would say to use the 2.12-rc1 release, but there is a bug that will make it useless for your need (as it won't let you select the firmware file to flash in some cases 😆), so grab the latest version (links are current as of time of writing) for your OS:

With the radio in DFU mode, Companion will do the necessary two stage flashing of the ST16 H7 MCU.

thanks for the tip. But I had no sucess with the companion too..... Now I used the flysky routine to reset to V2.11.3. This works, the handset works now. When I look back, I saw follow..... the bootloader V2.11.4 was installed, the restart of the handset start not the bootloader(same as in flysky routine) I must disconnect the battery again than was possible to restart the bootloader, but the uf2 file was not found in the sdcard firmware..... I connect the handset with the pc again, now use the explorer and see there is a disc_uf2 sdcard, copy the uf2 file to this sdcard and the update process start and end sucessfully(skyfly routine) . After install the uf2 file, I can start the bootloader mode easy and the uf2 file is shown for update from the sdcard........ don't ask why :-)
