[ftr] Implement Navigator as a Web Component

We at Korngold need the Navigator as a Web Component and are working on it right now.

Wanted Features

• Takes Navigator Config as structured data
• transforms structured data into HTML

@DennisFriedl Do you think we could get this into release v1.2.0 (coding phase end 10.12.2025), or shall we move it to next version?
