add error handling for failing requests

* when there are errors in API response
* also when there is an empty file returned (this is an issue in the backend then that doesn't throw the error correctly)
* add some info what to do then: please check your file again, if the error persists write an Issue in https://github.com/Edirom/MEIGarage stating the used function and if possible a small example file
