Add page that talks about third-party pen compatibility

Some pens have buttons and stuff, so they are not fully compatible out of the box. Would be nice to get some pointers on how to install hacks for those.

It would probably make sense to put this under src/guide/access, since it's similar to splashscreens and templates.
