support list for KeyValueStore #782

What is the problem this feature would solve?
self explanatory, i think list is quite important and useful for KV related stuff. i usually need to roll out my own KeyValueStore impl that's literally just KeyValueStore & { list: Effect<ReadonlyArray<string>> }
thoughts?
