Scope — one PR

Implement or configure the accepted generic observations and emit one deterministic exact-head receipt suitable for parity and downstream evidence transport.

Change

• Produce selected-file/module inventories and stable metric IDs for module size, line count, complexity, duplication, dependency/fan-in/fan-out, risk, effort, and changed-surface observations accepted in slice(#2862): classify RIPR repository metrics and define the exact-head tokmd profile #2863.
• Bind output to repository/remote/HEAD, tokmd version/commit, profile/exclusion digest, metric-definition version, units, and selected identities.
• Emit current snapshot and optional explicit base/head delta receipts.
• Preserve incomparable, missing input, unsupported metric, and tool failure states; do not emit misleading zeroes.
• Generate a human architecture/metric snapshot from the receipt.

Proof

• Renames, generated files, fixtures, test-only code, and deletions retain explicit categories.
• A known module extraction creates a meaningful before/after delta.
• Cross-platform typed paths normalize without changing non-path content.
• Missing/unsupported measurements are not treated as healthy values.
• Receipt and generated view are deterministic.
