Issue with Reminder Time Selection in Carousel

Description:

There is a problem with setting reminders in the application. When selecting a time using the carousel, the selected time only applies when the carousel has completely stopped spinning. I encountered a situation where I quickly selected a time (spun the carousel) and navigated to the next page, but the time remained as the default time.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the reminder setting feature in the application.
Select a time by spinning the carousel quickly.
Immediately navigate to the next page.
Observe that the selected time did not apply and remains as the default time.
Expected Behavior:
The selected time should apply immediately once the user stops spinning the carousel, even if they quickly navigate to the next page.

Actual Behavior:
The selected time only applies if the carousel has completely stopped spinning before navigating away. If the user navigates quickly, the default time remains set.
