[Feature]: Add GMock information and examples #50

Feature Description
It would be nice to add GMock theory and examples into the repository, to complete the part of Google Test. Right now it's mentioned but not completely added.
Why Is This Needed?
It would complete the fundamentals of testing with GTest. Also, mocking is a really common technique used in Robotics when the real hardware is not available, and this was aked during the presentation why it wasn't added in the workshop.
Suggested Solutions
Module 2 should add this information in the README, and then a exercise using GMock (or examples) should be added.
