TinyNvidiaUpdateChecker now in Microsoft winget packages repo

Hi all,

I really enjoy using this utility, and wanted to be able to include it in the winget package manifests that I use to manage apps on my system. So, now we can:

winget install TinyNvidiaUpdateChecker or winget install Hawaii_Beach.TinyNvidiaUpdateChecker

and then simply run

TinyNvidiaUpdateChecker

I can submit a small PR to add this to the readme if that seems relevant.
