Cant retreive GPU information

Hey can you re-try running TNUC after like 1h? In the past we've had issues where the NVIDIA API acted like Joe biden.

I'll keep this bug report open either way, because we could implement a fallback to NewMetadataHandler.

I dont think its the server being sick or something. I mean ive tried on different days, different hours, and result is the same.
I'll retry anyway but 🤷

Fix is coming soon, please use this workaround:

1. Open the config file, by navigating to %localappdata%/Hawaii_Beach/TinyNvidiaUpdateChecker
2. Open app.config with your text editor of choice
3. Add the following:

<add key="Use Experimental Metadata" value="true" />

4. Save the file, and relaunch TNUC

It should now work
