Docker Image Built via Manual Workflow Does Not Reflect Correct Core Lightning Version #8602
Description
When the Docker publishing github workflow is triggered manually, the resulting Docker image does not display the correct Core Lightning version, even though the correct version value is provided in the workflow prompt.
The Core lightning v25.09 image should show version as v25.09-23b4d99 NOT 23b4d99.

Update: Docker release v25.09.1 (triggered with git tag) shows the version as v25.09.1-modded but it should be v25.09.1.
