We are running CLN with PostgreSQL

All RPC commands that involve bkpr are completely unresponsive and bkpr and the SQL plugin are hogging the CPU ever since CLN was started hours ago

After the first two restart after the migration the RPC became completely unresponsive when I tried to stop the offers plugin (we stop and start it to so that one of our plugins gets the onion message hook first). That was not the behavior before v25.09
