tastytrade import: TypeError: can't access property "localeCompare", a.Date is undefined

I am running into the following error when trying to import the Year-to-Date Data Export file (CSV) that tastytrade provides:

TypeError: can't access property "localeCompare", a.Date is undefined

does the file need to be modified before importing or is there a separate file that the application is expecting rather than this one?
