[BUG] Seg2Explorer

We're are aware that the Seg2Explorer function has bugs. We are working on this issue and will refer to this issue as we solved it. Seg2explorer is a downstream function to visualize the segmentation results, that is, segmentation, the promised function of segger, is independent of this function and one can get the results of segmentation in form of parquet (transcript-to-cell assignments) and anndata files (cell x gene matrix) as well as segmentation masks in parquet format.
