[Linux Mint 22.1] Almost no styling of login and lock screens.

Outside of a blue outline around the password box, I can't notice any styling of either the login screen nor the lock screen. At the very least the login screen explicitly supports GTK themes:

I'm unsure if this is because that is the full extent of what a theme can do or because the theme is simply lacking support for it. If it's the former I'll just close this issue but if it's the later it would be nice to see more styling done so that those screens are more consistent with the theme.
