Potentially add a command to "rebuild" a pipe network from a set of already placed pipes? #249

Hi there, I just had an issue and have no idea on what to try to solve it. In my server, the whole pipe system stopped working. But! I can make new builds, it works. The problem is: I made so many things using the pipes, and covered it all with other constructions, rebuilding it all is a huuuuuge work I would prefer to avoid... Is there a command to reload the pipes and the modules so they act if I replace them?
A few details: the "broken" modules don't work anymore even I remove them and put them somewhere else in a "not broken" pipe. The "broken" pipes don't work anymore even I place a new "not broken" module on it.
