Allow Customisation of Encoded File Names #7

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This feature would allow people who need their files organised differently to easily set the output names without having to modify the code.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Add config parameters for changing the output names of movies and tv shows.
- This should be implemented into the new TUI input interface (Move input.py to tui.py. #5).
