[FEATURE] : Remove varsen dependency #12

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The varsern dependency is no longer in use and is contributing to code clutter, aslo, (hypothesis) it is slowing down the application boot time
Describe the solution you'd like
The dependency can just be easily removed as long as all the other code that depends on it is also updated, or better yet, removed.

Additional context
The dependency was brought in to support offline storage of JSON data, and this was brought in in a rush due to internet challenges in areas of deployment. Now that the challenges are over and there are better alternatives (firebase/gundb) we should remove this and simply learn from it :)
