A shell to base multi-agents workflows on.

Needs to suppport:

• Languages: Python, C# ,Typescript (later), Java (later)
• AI Foundry Agents, MAF with Hosted Agents or 3rd party with Hosted Agents (later)
• DB - CosmosDB or PostgresSQL
• Entra ID for backend + frontend + agents (when available)
• Voice features (optional add-on)
• MCP tools (via AI Foundry)
• AI Search (optional add-on)
• A2A agents (optional add-on)
• AI Gateway from Foundry (optional add-on)
