One-to-one chat tab is removed from other party when converting 1-2-1 to group chat

1. User A is having a 1-2-1 conversation with User B
2. User A converts the conversation to a group chat
3. User A's 1-2-1 tab is closed and a new group chat tab is opened
4. User B's 1-2-1 tab remains open and a new group chat tab is opened

At 4: You would expect the 1-2-1 tab to be closed.

This is technically non-trivial as the conversion of a 1-2-1 chat to a group chat is not supported directly by the xmpp spec, therefore there is no standard way for User A's client to tell User B's client that the group chat invitation is to replace the one-to-one chat.
