[Review][ASM] Assembly instructions for construction of hardware

Are the specs, build instructions and other details explained and is the Bill of Materials [BOM] available, all source formats available and CAD provided as development files?
Please double check with the TsDC Overview List for specific documentation details to look for.

In terms of assembly, the repo is still missing most details required from the TsDC Overview List . For now I only see a few production file of the PCBA.
Please enhance the repo from this side.

additionally on the schematics file → please try to always minimize the crossing of lines, that helps a lot to follow the design

All the detailed files we exported from circuitmaker are available in the folders in IOT System PCB/Export Files.

I'm requesting some clarification in case any are missing so we can add them as well...

regarding the assembly manual . What is not coming clear to me is still overall assembly of all components, like

• how is the PCBA connected to the sensors and converters? there is no some pin information, are they soldered or sticked directly on the PCBA or is there any cabling involved?
• what are the mechanical interphases to the enclosure from the PCBA and other components
• How is the full system placed in the Coldroom?

In addition, some of the components mentioned in the assembly manual have more pins than actually being mentioned in your assembly manual. Please be comprehensive and add an info what will happen with those extra points?
I believe a high level wiring diagram would be helpful to give the reader the required understanding.

Update: This is still in progress. Dependant PCBA shipment (expect to land CW36/37). After the PCBA has been received: Photo Documented assembly guide will be created.
