GET_PANGENES available in bioconda #10
Description
The latest release of this repo was used to publish a bioconda recipe for GET_PANGENES.
It can be installed as explained at https://anaconda.org/bioconda/get_pangenes and the documentation. Please check also the section on how to set up HPC support (slurm, lsf).
Please let us know if you experience any problems so we can debug it,
