Data Quality Preparation #87

Description

@debpaul

Somewhere at the beginning of a digitization plan, once the roughly imagined workflows have DQ steps noted, one needs to know how these DQ steps might be accomplished in the digitization process (in perpetuity).

  1. Will the data be reviewed record-by-record in the database?
  2. Will a subset of random records be created for review?
  3. Will these records be exported, reviewed externally (say, in a spreadsheet) and then uploaded after edits if any are necessary?
  4. Does the software a collection plan to use have the needed tools in place to semi-automate any of these validation steps?
  5. Is there a reporting feature to make tracking DQ easy?

Where do we put this information (in what module)?
