[Feature] Enable parallel Uploads to Google Cloud Storage

Hello,

currently we are using CNPG with Barman Cloud for creating backups to Google Cloud Storage.
The problem we are facing is that we have a database of 250GB which takes about 7 hours to backup which is way too long.
The barman cloud plugin container also only takes 0.5 CPU Usage and specifying jobs for parallel uploads does not help in speeding up the backup.

Google Cloud Storage does support parallel uploads and I would like to request with this ticket to implement such a feature for Barman.

This could be an interesting feature. Though the team has other high-priority work that has to be delivered in the following months, so I don't think we'll be abe to address this any soon.

Would you be willing to contribute with a PR for this? If so, we could make an effort to review and merge it. If not, that's ok, we will come back to analyzing this when possible.
