Feedback on migration_portal 4 - "Supported platforms"

Summary

Currently, the first paragraph lists the following EPAS versions as being supported Migration Portal targets: 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17

EPAS 13 is no longer supported; however, EPAS 18 is now supported. The list needs to be updated accordingly.

Expected behavior

Update the page to list the following EPAS versions as the one supported by the Migration Portal: 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18
