A typo in the column description of `pg_sys_cpu_memory_by_process.cpu_usage`

Hi Team,

I find that the description is miktakenly written as "CPU usage in bytes".

But I don't know the exact meaning of this column, I guess this is something like "CPU usage in percentage".

Please correct this.
