Implement post quantum cryptography

Implement CRYSTALS-Kyber in an effort to maintain our integrity and safety. We cannot let unknown actors tamper the functionality we're providing in any way, and we MUST prevent "Harvest now, decrypt later" strategies of these actors. See the SharePoint page of our security team for more guidance.

Furthermore, I am letting you know we (the management) are halting all functionality this and other project provide, untill this is implemented and pentested by a quantum machine. You guys might be the first team in our company to also require testing, but I believe in you guys.
