Is it possible to call using victim device?

Additional context
Let's say I have phones A, B, and C, I want to call C remotely from A to B (victim) phone.
Can this solution solve this problem?

I mean you could try a preload to do that...

@ilovelasagne I've only been able to input numbers with adb and that's about it to make calls so maybe if the victim was somehow on phone keypad and you could input command fast enough then maybe it could work

Ah. You could try to automate that to hijack the victim's next call, but there would be no input/ output means and of course it loses the stealth quotient.

Yes, it is possible to remotely initiate a call from a victim's device (phone B) to another phone (C) using phone A, but only if phone B is already compromised by malware or an exploit that grants the attacker remote control over its telephony functions. This cannot be achieved through a standard phone call from A to B without additional compromise, as simply answering or receiving a call does not install malware or enable remote dialing on modern iOS or Android devices.
