Infinite and NaN Value on Temperature and Altitude Value

Hi, currently I am using BMP388Dev class.

I used STANDBY_80ms, Pres OverSampling_16x, Temp OverSampling_2x.
And start NormalConversion()

At first 20 minutes, it is working well.
But after that, temperature is Inifnity and Altitude is NaN value.
How can I fix this?
